Our approach

Userlio AB works inside our clients' ad accounts and analytics, which means we take access and data seriously. Security is part of how we operate, not an afterthought.

Access & accounts

• We use named accounts and request the minimum access needed to do the work.
• Access is reviewed regularly and removed promptly when an engagement ends.
• Multi-factor authentication is required on the platforms and tools we use.

Data handling

We process only the data needed to run and measure your campaigns, keep it within reputable platforms, and align our handling with the GDPR. We do not sell or share client data.

If you believe you have found a security issue affecting this site or our work, please email hello@userlio.com. We will acknowledge your report and work with you to resolve it.
